Terms of Service and Policy Agreement

Thank you for choosing POLE Initiative LLC, for your sanitation needs. To guarantee a seamless experience, please review the following policy regarding our services.

This service offers starts at $20 charge (Prices may vary depending on the type and size of the bin), providing cleaning and deodorization for your dumpsters on a coordinated schedule.

Payment and Cancellation:
Payments will be automatically billed upon completion of estimated quote via major credit cards or online platforms. You may cancel your appointment 24hrs prior to scheduled time, but no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Company Responsibility:
If we are unable to perform a scheduled cleaning due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather or operational delays), we will notify you and reschedule these services at no cost to you at a joint date.

Non-Disclosure Agreements:
This agreement is to ensure that the receiving party does not disclose or misuse confidential information with another for business purposes, what constitutes as confidential information, which can include trade secrets, business strategies, customer data, financial information, and proprietary technology. By signing and/or acknowledging this agreement, the receiving party (contractor, subcontractor, or even client) agrees to keep the information confidential and use it only for the specified purpose. This often includes taking reasonable measures to protect the information. If the receiving party (contractor, subcontractor, or even a client) breaches the NDA, the disclosing party (POLE Initiative LLC,) may seek legal remedies, including or injunctions to prevent further disclosure.

Gratuities and Tips:
Permission to Accept Tips. This disclosing party agrees that the Receiving Party (or any of its employees or subcontractors) may accept tips or gratuities from customers in connection with the service provided under this Agreement, provided that such acceptance does not interfere with the Receiving Party's duties, responsibilities, or obligations under this Agreement.
